A Postoperative Cheek Cyst Originating from the Maxillary Sinus with Orbital Involvement

Purpose: Here we report a case of postoperative cheek cyst arising from the maxillary sinus with orbital involvement.Case summary: A 56-year-old male presented to our clinic right periorbital edema and visual impairment. Upon examination, he had field defect best corrected acuity 0.6 in eye. The patient was diagnosed originating sinus. developed because radical surgery. Computed tomography showed mass After endoscopic surgery, eye improved 1.0 reduced.Conclusion: In patients involvement cyst, radiographic examination surgical history can be diagnostic.
